Emma Ractliffe
Emma Ractliffe is an entrepreneur and investor currently based in New Mexico. Emma is the founder and executive director of Grass Co-op, a cooperative land investment platform with the goal of securing multigenerational tenure for regenerative ranchers. Emma also works in an advisory capacity supporting investors deploy capital into regenerative agriculture. Previously Emma spent 3 years working with smallholder farmers in Egypt and India. Emma has a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, an MBA from Stanford University and serves on the advisory council at the Cornell School of Agriculture.
